Initial Consultation

The initial one to two hour consultation consists of a meeting between an
Omega Events consultant, the client and others who may be assisting with
events decisions.

General consultation

Complete consultation on how to plan your
event or wedding. Occasionally, brides need some help "getting started." On a
consultation basis, we can sit down with you to help you in your planning. We
can also put together a complete "wedding plan" for you and give it to you so
that you can follow the details throughout the day. The Omega Events consultant
will provide you with events planning worksheet and a list of our preferred vendors .
Even if you don’t plan to hire a wedding/events
planner this is our way of sharing ideas and giving valuable input regarding
your event.

Day of Event Coordination

Manage the coordination of your event only. Set-up/Decoration, Guest management,
Reserved seating as well as assigned guest seating, Coordination of efforts
with the other vendors that are present at the wedding reception, Work with the
caterer to make sure that enough food is being served, supervision of reception
events and adhere to the schedule as time permits and come to you and alert you to
upcoming events so that you can relax and enjoy your day

Complete Event Planning and Coordination

Whether it's an intimate gathering of thirty or an event for three thousand, your
wedding day is meant to be enjoyable, not agonizing! With the Complete Event
planning and coordination package, Omega Events attends to every last detail for
you. From color choices, theme, attire, ceremony and reception site selection,
catering, honeymoon planning and everything in between, we will be there with you
providing all the contacts, support and encouragement that will ensure your wedding
